Peer Review

All manuscripts submitted to this journal undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the published work. The journal adopts a double-blind peer-review policy, in which both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process.

Review Process

  1. Initial Screening
Each submitted manuscript is initially evaluated by the editorial office to assess its conformity with the journal’s scope, adherence to author guidelines, and basic quality standards. Manuscripts that do not meet these requirements may be rejected without external review.

  2. Reviewer Assignment
Eligible manuscripts are assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field of study. The reviewers are selected based on their expertise, research background, and previous reviewing experience.

  3. Evaluation Criteria
Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on the following aspects:

    • Originality and novelty of the research.

    • Scientific rigor and methodological soundness.

    • Clarity of presentation and organization.

    • Relevance to the journal’s scope and readership.

    • Adequacy and accuracy of references.

  4. Decision Making
Based on the reviewers’ reports, the editor makes one of the following decisions:

    • Accept without revision.

    • Accept with minor revisions.

    • Revise and resubmit (major revisions).

    • Reject.

The final decision regarding publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief.

  5. Revision and Resubmission
Authors are required to address all reviewer comments and submit a revised version of the manuscript within the given timeframe. The revised manuscript may be sent back to reviewers for further evaluation if necessary.

  6. Confidentiality and Ethics
All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers are required to maintain confidentiality and must not use the content of the manuscript for personal advantage. The journal follows ethical guidelines in line with COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics).
