Publication Ethic
This journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and ensuring that all parties involved in the publishing process (editors, reviewers, authors, and the publisher) perform their duties in an ethical and professional manner. This statement is based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
1. Responsibilities of Editors
-
Editors are responsible for deciding which manuscripts will be published based on the reviewers’ evaluation, the editorial board’s policies, and applicable legal requirements concerning defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.
-
Editors must act in a fair and impartial manner, without discrimination based on race, gender, religious belief, nationality, or political ideology of the authors.
-
Editors are required to maintain the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and may disclose information only to the corresponding author, reviewers, and other editorial staff as necessary.
-
Editors must not use unpublished materials from a submitted manuscript for their own research without the explicit written consent of the authors.
2. Responsibilities of Reviewers
-
Reviewers assist the editor in making editorial decisions and help authors improve the quality of their manuscripts.
-
Reviewers must treat the manuscript as a confidential document and must not distribute or use its content for personal gain.
-
Reviewers should evaluate manuscripts objectively, provide constructive feedback with clear arguments, and avoid personal criticism of the authors.
-
Reviewers are required to inform the editor of any potential conflicts of interest, ethical concerns, plagiarism, or redundant publication.
3. Responsibilities of Authors
-
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their work is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
-
Authors must provide appropriate citations and references for all sources used in the research.
-
Authors should ensure that their manuscripts are written honestly, accurately, and free from data manipulation or fraudulent practices.
-
All individuals who have made significant contributions to the research must be listed as co-authors, while those with minor contributions should be acknowledged.
-
Authors are obliged to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and sources of financial support related to the research.
4. Responsibilities of the Publisher
-
The publisher is responsible for safeguarding the integrity of the publishing process and working closely with the editorial board to address suspected cases of ethical misconduct.
-
The publisher must ensure that publishing practices follow ethical standards and remain free from commercial or political influence that may compromise editorial decisions.
